Pregnancy & Birth support
Bringing new life into this world can be an overwhelming experience, but you don’t have to go through it alone. We’re here to offer support, guidance, and care throughout your entire journey.
Postpartum support
Alleviating undo stress and giving you a peace of mind! Let us carry that weight with you, by supporting you every step of the way.
Why Neshama birth?
In the Bible, the soul is described as God’s own breath which animates us. Neshama is the Hebrew word that describes this connection of the Creator to His creation. It is such a beautiful picture of when a soul is formed in the womb with this “spark of Godliness.” It reminds us that life is a sacred gift from God and every single soul is the expression of God’s intent and vision in creating that human being.
Here at Neshama Birth, our desire is to serve those that are given this privilege in carrying a living soul and being a part of the sacred event of bringing life into this earth. We don’t just support you during your birth, but in the transition time after a family has been given a new child. Postpartum support is just as important as birth support as you bond with your littlest one and heal during a beautiful, vulnerable time. We provide caring, personal support to make this transition a blessing for you and your family.

Our happy clients
“I feel so blessed to have had Anna and Mary with me during the birth of my precious little girl! They are incredibly thoughtful, calm, and knowledgeable. I truly wish every woman could have this kind of support during such a vulnerable time in her life!”
“Anna and Mary are wonderful postpartum doulas! After I gave birth, they came over and supported me. They brought delicious food, listened and answered any questions that I had, and took care of my newborn, while I rested. The postpartum period can be overwhelming at times, but having them by my side was a huge blessing! “
